I thought it would be appropriate for me to take a few minutes of my time to inform you about my experience with Bob Parks Realty. Coming from New York, I really did no know what to expect as far as dealing with a realtor in Tennessee. I had called you a few months ago and you arranged for Teresa Austin to show my wife and I some properties. From the moment we met with Teresa, she was nothing but courteous, professional, honest, and a huge help for me and my wife. I knew nothing about Tennessee. I told her what I was looking for but aside from that, I knew nothing about the neighborhood I wonated to live in, and that I'd eventually end up in, because I did not know what the neighborhoods here in Tennessee were like. Well, Teresa did A LOT of work on my behalf to find what I was looking for. She found everything I was looking for and more. My wife and I are very happy. I never, ever got the feeling that Teresa just wanted as much money as she could get from me. I always felt that my best interests were always her #1 priority. That in and of itself is quite impressive in this day and age. I just thought Teresa should be praised for her hard work on my behalf. The phone calls from Teresa AFTER the closing of my house, just to see how we are adjusting to Tennessee show me that Teresa genuinely cares about her clients and that her clients are not just dollar signs.
